Blue Ocean Business Services initially launched as Blue Ocean Contact Center in November 2011. The contact center is the first and largest call center in the country with the track record of delivering high quality, high touch services for wide ranges of clients. BOCC has the capacity to handling the incoming / outgoing call over 50,000 times per a day to provide satisfaction to the customers from all across the country. Disable Employment

To be equal employment chance for disable, BOOM employs 2% of disable at our work site. We uphold the disable has the fair work policy and increase the employment rate of disable, so we project to employ disables nearly 5% in next year with same HR policy with non-disable. In 2016, Honorable of Disable Employment Award received from Government (Ministry of Social Workers, Relief and Resettlement, Myanmar).


Young Employment

Nowadays, there is a high rate of unemployment graduated youths in Myanmar. According to the news of Bangkok Post, unemployment in Myanmar is reportedly as high as 37%. Most of company prefers to hire experienced staff. Unlike other company, we employ the graduated young, as part of the support of Myanmar Employment Rate and give right to get job for youth.
